Well, I used the same idea but I used the blue shop paper towels (I got them in the automotive section of Wal-Mart) and Pine-sol and water. I used one to wipe up the stove and it worked really well! I'm thinking the next time my dad cooks hamburgers and the stove gets all greasy this will be a much nicer way of cleaning it up!

So, its 1:30 in the morning and I'm sitting in my hotel room not able to sleep. We decided to take a trip just to get out of town for a couple days and we just arrived a couple hours ago (mom had to work till 6 so we didn't leave till late). I'm excited about being here. Its a bigger city (the tri-cities in Washington) and its supposed to hit a record breaking 80 degrees tomorrow. It about time we see some sun!

The topic of love has come up a few times in different situations over the last few day. But what is love? (I hope I haven't talked about this before lol)

Ok, while working at the shoe store I'm at I've noticed on a couple of occasions a teen guy (14-17 y/o) come in with his mom (and maybe dad) to buy some shoes. The conversation is something like this:

me: can I help you?

mom: he just needs some shoes.

me: something specific?

mom: *ignores me*

boy: I don't know... something cool.

we go through shoes trying to find something he thinks is cool and mom likes then he tries them on...

boy: yeah mom, these fit

mom: *feels where his toes are* no they don't, you need to go up a size.

boy: no I don't, these fit

These are almost so true they're not funny! (but I still laughed)

You measure distance in hours.

You know several people who have hit a deer more than once.

You often switch from "heat" to "A/C" in the same day and back again.

You can drive 65 mph through 2 feet of snow during a raging blizzard, without flinching.

You see people wearing camouflage at social events (including weddings).

You install security lights on your house and garage and leave both unlocked.

You carry jumper cables in your car and your girlfriend knows how to use them.

I SO have to buy these!! They're so cool... I hate wearing shoes, and when you can only wear flip flops on the weekends, they hurt your feet... this is perfect! :D
